He is Ph.D. candidate in Law (Universidad de Sevilla), Diploma in Advanced Studies in the Doctorate in Economics and Business Administration (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia), Master in Business Law (Universidad Los Andes, Colombia) and Master in Constitutional Law (Universidad de Sevilla) .

As a partner in charge of the Corporate Law Department of "Villegas Aldazosa Soc. Civ.", He is considered an expert in matters related to corporate law, business legal design and management, corporate law, national and international contracting and corporate legal advice. His experience has been recognized by its clients as 'empathetic, detailed, analytical and trustworthy' (TheLegal500).

In the academic field, he has been Dean of the Faculty of Business Sciences and Law at Universidad Privada Boliviana. Since 2003 and currently, he is a professor in master's degree, diploma’s degree and bachelor's degree levels in prestigious public and private universities in the country.
