Milenka is a tax lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the area. She is well known providing tax legal advice to national and foreign companies in tax litigation processes, administrative processes, constitutional procedures and due diligences.

She graduated at Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL) in La Paz and she completed the Master in Tax Law at Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar (UASB) in Sucre. Milenka is member of  Instituto Boliviano de Estudios Tributarios (IBET).
